Taglierini are a very well-known long pasta type from Liguria. The name comes from the method in which they were made in the homes of the locals. The dough is rolled and folded rather than extruded and then sliced into long, thin ribbons. Maintaining this homemade technique means that LIE GOURMET Taglierini have a fresh-pasta consistency which helps absorb the sauce or the pesto.

LIE GOURMET Pasta is produced in Liguria in the Northern part of Italy, by a family-run company. The distinctive cuisine has been based on local know-how for over 30 years and all the ingredients used are locally sourced. We guarantee a long and natural drying process which ensures the highest quality pasta and best “al dente” bite. All pastas are presented in beautiful black carton boxes and inside the pasta is packed in a transparent foil bag which ensure the best possible storage. They are great together with the LIE GOURMET pestos, olive oils, saltgrinders or with any homemade sauce.
