The distinctive cuisine has been based on local know-how for over 30 years and all the ingredients used are locally sourced. We guarantee a long and natural drying process which ensures the highest quality pasta and best “al dente” bite. All pastas are presented in beautiful black carton boxes and inside the pasta is packed in a transparent foil bag which ensure the best possible storage. They are great together with the LIE GOURMET pestos, olive oils, saltgrinders or with any homemade sauce.
